Accounting Payable Internship

Who are we looking for?

• Student in final year(s) of study (preferably);
• English language;
• Basic understanding and interest in current trends and practices in finance and accounting;
• Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion;
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
• Motivation to learn and develop as professional in finance area;
• Proactive attitude;
• Proficient in using MS Office;

What will you do? Provides administrative support in the area of Accounts Payable, which includes, but is not limited to checking invoices from suppliers from initiation of the purchase until the payment of goods/services, in order to ensure the compliance with fiscal requirements and internal procedures and ensure that all information related to Payables process is accurate, complete and timely presented in the financial statements. Specific Duties: o Invoice checking according to the contracts terms; o Checking correctness and completeness of documents according to legal and internal requirements o Contracts confirmation in the database (checking identification data, amounts, validity period, signatures); o Providing support in the relation with other departments for obtaining necessary documentation for invoices; o Archiving documents specific to department activities (invoices, expense reports, contracts, other documents)

Commitment:
Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Period: July 1st – September 30th 2024
Location: mix with work from home
